Dubai Shopping Festival activities halted

There will be no entertainment programmes till Sunday in view of Saudi king’s death

All entertainment and musical programmes related to the Dubai Shopping Festival will be halted until Sunday due to the death of Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz on Friday.
The UAE has declared a three-day mourning period.
The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing in Dubai, and its agency, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment extended their condolences to the Saudi people.
