Sri Rama Sene activists take oath to protect cattle in `Nannannu Ulisi’ campaign
Mangaluru: `Nannannu Ulisi’ (save me) campaign rally for the protection and to stop the cow slaughtering was organized bySri Rama Sene on Monday December 15.

The rally which started from Ambedkar Circle and concluded near DC's office. Addressing the protesters, Mahesh Koppa, President of Sri rama Sene south province said, " Sri Rama Sene is the only organization with a strong voice of Hindutva in 12 states of the nation. Sri Rama Sene will function to form strong Hindu community and will continue its fight against cattle slaughter, terrorism, conversion, and Love Jihad.

"Hindus worship cow as god. The government should save the cattle and ban cow slaughter. The activists of Sene are ready to stop cattle trafficking with swords and are ready to burn their vehicles” he added.

Dr Krishnaraj Mudugere, in his address said, "In India, cattle is a farmer's wealth. We should come forward to protect the cattle. If you protect the cow it will protect you. In day to day life, cow has been useful to man because of its products like milk and manure. People should make up their minds and nurture cows in their houses."

On this occasion Sri Rama Sena activists took oath to save the cattle. Praveen Valke, Sri Rama Sene's state chief secretary, Ananad Shetty Adyar, Sri Rama Sene's divisional President, Savitha Ranganath, Sri Rama Sene's women's wing chief and many seers and religious heads took part in the protest. A memorandum was submitted to Dpty Commissioner.
