Doordarshan launches reality show

Dooradarshan Kendran's reality show for Panchayaths 'Green Kerala Express, was a huge hit among the crowd. Now the Channel is back with another social reality show titled Ini Njan Parayam, which features the success stories of Kudumbashree Mission. The programme envisages to identify and bring the best ideas and innovations of the Community Development Societies (CDSs) of Kerala.Fifteen CDSs will be shortlisted for the semi-final round and Three CDSs will enter the grand finale.
The judging panel comprises of K P Kannan, Chairman, Laurie Baker Centre for Habitat Studies, Nivedita Haran, Additional Chief Secretary (Retd), Govt. of Kerala and Mini Sukumar, Director, Centre for Women Studies, University of Calicut.The show which will have 100 episodes will be aired from Monday to Friday at 7 pm with repeat a telecast at 11 pm and 8 am the next day.
