Mumbai: She carved her own image in the film world through her bold and passionate roles in films like “Jism 2” and “Ragini MMS 2” and now actress Sunny Leone says it’s her “dream” to star opposite Bollywood A-listers.

“It’s anybody’s dream when they come into the industry to work with people, who they have seen in so many movies. First and foremost, I’m a fan of Bollywood films and have been following them since a lot time. So, it would enhance my talent if I get a chance to work with big stars. It would be a dream,” Sunny told IANS.

“I’m a part of everything that I want to be. I work really hard for my roles. For me the only acceptance and the only thing that is most important are my fans and staying connected with them,” she added.

The 34-year-old is returning as a host with actor Rannvijay Singh in the eighth season of reality show “MTV Splitsvilla”.

Talking about her co-host, Sunny says he has lot of energy.

“Rannvijay is really fun. He has a lot of energy to work. He is very professional. We two have a lot of things in common. One of the biggest thing was he is obsessed with his wife and I’m obsessed with my husband. So, we had a lot to share and talk about. We had a lot of fun on set and its great working with him,” Sunny said.

Talking about the eighth season of the show, she added: “This year is all about what women like and what they love and want. So, Rannvijay and I have guided some of these things to contestants and have given them good healthy advice. It’s a very young and fresh feel this time in the show."

"I try to give as much good advice as possible. I was the stricter one this time rather than Rannvijay," she added.

The show is an Indian version of American reality show “Flavor of Love”, which makes boys and girls compete in tasks to stay in the competition and mingle with the contestants to find love.

Asked whom she would like to date if she was not married to producer Daniel Weber, Sunny said: “First of all I'm married, but if I was single I want to date Brad Pitt. He is one of the hottest men in the world.

On the career front, Sunny is currently waiting for the censor board to pass her delayed sex comedy film “Mastizaade”. Apart from that she will next be seen in “Beimaan Love” and “One Night Stand”.

New Delhi: The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on Friday demanded the deportation of former porn star Sunny Leone and barring her future entry into India for displaying what it terms vulgarity on her website and insulting the dignity of women.

The HJS lodged a first information report (FIR) with Sunil Shivarkar, head of Ramnagar police station in Dombivali in Thane, said HJS spokesman Uday Dhuri.

"The FIR was registered by our local representative Anjali Palan and others. Besides, we have already registered over a dozen similar complaints in various districts of Maharashtra and in Goa in the past one week but police have not taken any action so far," Dhuri told IANS.

Accusing Sunny Leone - who now works in Bollywood movies - of promoting vulgarity through nude and provocative pictures posted on her website (www.sunnyleone.com), he said this was corrupting the Indian youth, spoiling the young and insulting the dignity of Indian women.

Although there is a disclaimer on the website, its useless since even children were able to view the website content, he said.

"Last week when we lodged a complaint in Navi Mumbai, Police Commissioner K.L. Prasad said she is promoting her own pictures. He advised us to concentrate on other issues like toilets for women," Dhuri said.

Pointing out how Leone was influencing the masses, Dhuri cited recent news reports to say that she exceeds even the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on global search engines like Google.

"This is a dangerous trend," Dhuri said.

The HJS has demanded a ban on her website and said Sunny Leone should be deported from India and barred entering the country.

New Delhi: Sunny Leone says she knows her version of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's "Dhol Baje" cannot match up to the original superhit track but she still hates being compared to the actress.

 

Sunny, in her upcoming film "Ek Paheli Leela", has danced to the track's new version, which retains the signature "Dholi Taro Dhol Baje" tune.

 

"I was really really nervous when I was told that this song would be there in the film. I still haven't seen any review on what people think about the song so that is a little scary because hearing nothing is also not good. But I was definitely scared. I really hate that it was being compared to the two of the biggest stars," Sunny told PTI.

 

The 33-year-old "Ragini MMS 2" actress shared the number is her favourite track from the album.

 

"When you are a newcomer in Bollywood you look at these people and think they are so talented. And then someone wants to re-create it and even if the song is great, you will be compared and at some point, you will not measure up because they were so amazing," she said.

 

What got her mored worried was that she saw the original Aishwarya, Salman Khan number before performing her own.

 

"I watched the original before performing our version and that made me more scary. I hope when people see it, they say 'Sunny did a decent job.' I will be happy with that," she said.

Surat: Former porn star Sunny Leone was in Surat on Sunday for the promotions of her upcoming film 'Ek Paheli Leela'. But mistaking her presence a person lodged a complaint against her.

The reason for the complaint according to the sources was that the former adult star had allegedly seen topless in a private party hosted by a Surat based diamond merchant. The photos of topless Sunny had gone viral last year. But later the reports suggested that the photos were taken from a 2012 party hosted by a diamond company in Macau which had several traders from Surat on the guest list.

The promotional event was shifted from a five-star hotel to another place. Sunny had flown from Mumbai to Baroda and then reached Surat by road. Fearing trouble, the local organisers cancelled the original venue at the last minute and shifted the promotions to another hotel."
