At the Arab Social Media Influencers Summit at the Dubai World Trade Centre, some of the most influential social media contributors, international and regional, share their opinions and observations of how this tool has begun to effect dramatic and far-reaching changes in contemporary societies around the world.  The vice president of Twitter announced that the popular social media platform will open an office in Dubai. Shailesh Rao, the Vice President of Twitter, said that because of its commitment  to the Middle East, Twitter plans on opening its first office in region in Dubai.
