Premalatha, the rape victim gets death threat from under world goon Kali Yogisha

Bengaluru: Under world goon Kali Yogisha made threat calls to Divakar Shashtry husband of Premalatha, one of Ramakatha singers in Ramachandrapura mutt who had filed a complaint in the police station accusing that the seer Raghaveshwara Bharathi had raped her.

Kali Yogisha who is operating from foreign country had called Divakar Shastry over the phone and threatened to kill him and his wife Premalatha if they don’t withdraw the case against the seer. Premalatha and her husband had lodged a complaint in Banashankari police station in connection with the threat call.

Earlier Premalatha had accused seer of continuous raping her and threatening of dire sequences if the matter is made public. She also appeared before some news media and narrated her story. The seer had appealed in the higher court against his arrest. As the incident attracted nationwide attention a threat call from absconding under world goon further made this issue a topic for debate. A resident of Haleanngady, Kali Yogisha is active in under world. It might be remembered that Kali Yogisha had threatened Umesh Kathi of BJP for demanding separate state.
