Tiruvananthapuram: The Thrissur Principal Sessions Court on Wednesday denied bail to businessman Mohammed Nisham in connection with the murder of a security guard at the residential township he lived in.
The court rejected Nisham’s bail plea after considering the prosecution’s contention that the accused had influential political connections that could derail investigation in the case.
Chandrabose (50) was left battling for life at a private hospital after Nisham attacked him violently over a delay in opening a gate at Sobha City, a residential township in Puzhakkal in Thrissur.
