Baduku, Laxmi Baramma actress dies due to fever

Badiadka: Keerthi Bhat (32), a small screen actress who has worked in more than 20 serials and 14 movies died due to fever on October 5 in a private hospital in Kengeri, Bangalore. She has left behind husband Ram manohar, 2 sons, mother Kasturi, brother Gurumurthy and sister Jyothilaxmi.

Keerthi was admitted to the hospital on Friday as she was suffering from fever and was discharged on the same day evening. They were returned to Bangalore after discharge. But on Saturday she was again admitted to the same hospital for fever. But on Sunday at around 11.30pm she breathed her last in the ICU. The body was taken to the deceased’s husband’s house in Ujire and last rites were performed there.

Hailing from Kallerimule in Bellur village municipal of Kasargod district Keerthi Sharada became Keerthi Bhat. Attracted towards acting and modeling in her childhood Keerthi aspired to be an actor ever since she was a child. During her school and college days she had performed in many dramas. She was the part of dramas which saw more than 300 shows. Later she continued her acting journey in small screen and from there to Big screen.
