Shani Mahatma Pooja Committee donates free note books

Mumbai: Shri Shani Mahatma Pooja Committee Kote donates free note books to the children of Nalasopara(w) on June 7 at Shani Theerta in Mumbai.

Chief Guest, Suresh Jadhav, Karyakata of BVA and Councillor and Shbhangi Rajesh Gayakwad had arrived. Committee secretary Vasanth Shetty spoke and said that since three years the program is carried out successfully by the committee. It’s a proud felling to see large number of students in the fourth year function. The students have passed with good numbers and have developed good manners who have been helped by the committee so far he said.

President of the committee, Varadaraj Shetty spoke and said that, education is like goddess Laxmi. All the students must give importance to education and must also engage in spiritual work.

Senior member of the committee Sundar Belchada talked about how he earned education in the past and wished the kids to get good education and make fame in their life, and never to forget their parents after getting a job.

The president of the function Shashidhar K Shetty said that the Shani Mahatma committee not only has engaged in spiritual activities but is also supporting education as well which is worth praising work. He also said that the committee must get enough strength to pay the fees of children next year.

Priests of the temple, members of the committee, dignitaries, devotees and others were present. Students who have achieved good result and had achieved success in sports were felicitated.
