Mumbai journalist covering Mira Road bar raid murdered

Mumbai: A journalist Raghvendra Dubey, who was covering a police raid on a bar in Mira Road was allegedly murdered on Friday in a secluded area on his way back home.

The journalist was an editor with a weekly newspaper, who had gone to cover a police raid on a bar with his two fellow reporters. A while later, the reporters allegedly had a tussle with the employees at the bar which escalated.

Reportedly, Dubey was murdered on the way back home. The murder came to light when the police got a call about a body lying on the Mira-Bhayander road.
