Actress Neetu Agarwal arrested in red sanders smuggling case

Hyderabad: Telugu actress Neetu Agarwal has been arrested by the Andhra Pradesh police on Saturday evening for her alleged involvement in a red sanders smuggling racket.
The "Prema Prayanam" actress was in relationship with the producer of the movie Mastan Vali, leader of YSR congress. He was involved in the red sanders smuggling. Police had earlier arrested Mastan Vali and eight others in the case and during interrogation the name of the actress came to the fore. Soon after the incident Neetu Agarwal went absconding.
The police froze her bank accounts, which they said were used to transfer the illicit money. She was later arrested by the police.
Another kingpin, Soundara Rajan, was arrested by the Andhra police from West Bengal on April 19 and is remanded in a Chittoor jail.
