Accused of sexual assault on daughter arrested

Mangaluru: Mangaluru police has arrested the person who is accused of rape on his 15 year old daughter since six months.
Mohammad Shakur from Malluru is the accused who has the allegation of sexually assaulting his daughter. The victim is a student of government school in Bantwal and is assaulted by her father continuously since six months. Even her mother was unaware of this incident. But the girl revealed the truth to her teacher who informed the Balikashram.
Later the incident was reported to Children Welfare department and on their orders to the police department, along with one lady police when they visited the victim’s house she admitted that she is assaulted by her father sexually.
Victims then taken for medical checkup and her father is arrested by the cops. Case has been registered in the station and investigation on its way.
