MESCOM engineer’s murder: two arrested

Mangalore: Kadri station police have arrested two persons in connection with the murder case of MESCOM engineer Jagadish Rao (56) at his residence in Chandrika layout in Bejai. 

It is said that the arrested are natives of Davangere and Belgaum. They will be produced before the court on today (Monday Oct.6) afternoon. Last month murderers entered the house of Jagadish Rao from the door on the terrace and escaped after brutally killing the engineer.  Police have succeeded in nabbing two accused after two weeks. More details yet to be gathered.
