Case filed against four persons for creating forged documents of the land
Kundapur: Case has been filed against four persons who allegedly forged the documents of a land and took loan from the bank. The incident came to light in  Mudoor in Jadkal village here.

NM Abdul Majid from Kerala is the man who lost the land. The accused are Ranjit, KK Mathew, Sijo Thomas and Kavitha. The forgery was proved by advocate H. Udaya Kumar. Abdul Majid has filed a complaint in Kolluru police station.

Abdul Majid owns Hidayat rubber estate spread in 110 acres of land in Mudoor. Person named MP Vincent was overseeing the management of the estate. Ranjit was asked to survey the land who was working as a broker. Ranjit had asked for the photo of the mother of Abdul Majid saying it was needed to attach to the application of the survey. Later in November 2013, along with KK Mathew and Sijo Thomas, Ranjith had created a forged power of attorney. It was certified by advocate H. Uday Kumar.

Later the land was registered in the name of Sijo Thomas for Rs. twenty eight lakh in Shankarnarayan registration office in the same year. The accused had even taken Rs. 25 lakh loan from Karnataka bank in the name of Kavitha, wife of Ranjit.

Further details will be known only after the investigation by police.
