Alva’s Virasat inaugurated with a colorful kick start

Moodabidri:  ‘Alva’s Virasat 2015’ conducted by Alva’s Education Foundation, was inaugurated with a colorful kick start at Palace ground in Vidyagiri.

Inuagrating the function, MLA- B.Ramanath Rai said that; through cultural programs Moodbidri is spreading harmony across the world and it is a commendable job.

Mohan Alva in his introductory speech said that the program is not only meant for people from town but also for common people. They too must enjoy art and cultural programs. That is the purpose of Virasat he said.

Dr.Vinay Hegde from  Nitte Education Trust presided the function.

MLC- Capt. Ganesh Karnik, V.S.Krishnakumar-M.D Cara Bank, Jayaram Bhat-M.D Karnataka Bank, Rajendra Kumar-M.D of S.C.D.C.C, Ex-MLA Amarnath Shetty, Ramachandra Shetty,Meenakshi Alva,Nadoja G.Shankar and Suresh Bhandary from Mumbai graced the function.
