Corruption is the root cause of terrorism: Subramanian Swamy

Mangaluru: ISIS Islamic terrorist group is a major threat to India and it could be at the doorsteps of the country anytime. To fight against these terrorist groups India need to ally with Israel and China said BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.

He was addressing the programme, ‘A Talk on War Against Terrorism and Corruption’ on Saturday, November 15 organised by Citizent’s Council Mangaluru. Swamy said that most of the muslims agree that their ancestors were Hindus and said all Indians should accept the Hindu identity to wage war against the Islamic terrorism.

An ardent supporter of Modi, Subramanian told he was happy to see the prime minister of India raking up the black money issue in an informal talk at G20 summit at Australia. He vowed the audience that Modi would bring back all the black money stashed abroad in the period of six months from G 20 summit.

Comparing the present mind set of Indians to Arjuna, a mythological character of Mahabharatha an Indian epic Swami said, “Arjuna was confused on whether to kill Kauravas or not”. However, Krishna convinced him to fight against his enemies. He called for clarity of mind set with Indians to fight against terrorism. He also said that corruption is the root cause of terrorism.
