Siddhapur: A 25 year old elephant died due to electric shock at Chennangi Chottapare in Siddhapur Chennayyana Kote forest region.
It is suspected that the incident might have occurred three days ago. Forest officials visited the spot and with the help of the JCB burnt the corpse of the elephant.
