Youth brutal murdered in Kannur

Mangalore: A youngster was brutally murdered by unidentified miscreants on Friday October 31 near Kannur checkpost in the outskirts of the city. The deceased has been named as Jiyaz (26).
On Friday noon when Jiyaz was walking near the Kannur checkpost a gang which arrived in a car and a bike attacked Jiyaz with sharp weapons and fled away. The reason behind the murder is yet to be confirmed. Police arrived at the spot and the body was sent for post mortem. Investigation is on.
