Tempo torched near Padavinangady

Mangaluru: The communal violence in the district doesn’t seems like stopping. While the stabbing incidents reported from across the district a fish transporting tempo was torched by some miscreants near Padavinangady junction in the late night of Monday December 8.
The owner of the tempo had parked the vehicle in Padavinangady. Miscreants opened the diesel tank and set the tempo on fire. Locals immediately informed the fire extinguishing department but the tempo was charred in the incident before the fire official could reach the spot.
DCP K.V Jagadish visited and inspected the spot. The police have requested the people not to listen to the false news spread by law breakers.
