Another inter religion marriage in Mangaluru: Kidnap case filed against the boy
Mangaluru: A first year BBM student and a bus conductor boy entered marital life in Mysore with the help of Hindu organizations. The parents of the girl who belonged to different community had filed a kidnap case in Ullala police station against the boy.

Insha Khalil (19) resident of Kotekar was a first year BBM student in St. Agnes College in Mangaluru. She was in love with Bharath Raj (28) who was a bus conductor by profession since many years. Bharath was a conductor in the bus route no. 42 plying between Mangaluru-Talapady and the couple used to travel together even during holidays.

On November 19 Insha left to college but later went missing. Her parents filed a missing complaint in Ullala police station. But later when they learnt that Bharat is also missing they changed it into a kidnap case. Bharat and Insha approached the leaders of Hindu outfits and requested to perform their marriage. Hence their marriage was held at a temple in Mysore. A kidnap case has been filed in Ullala police station and police searching for the newly married couple.
