Speeding car kills pedestrian in Permude

Mangalore: A pedestrian lost his life when a speeding car hit him. The incident happened in Permude on Friday October 24.The deceased has been identified as Anil Nazareth (39) resident of Shenekodi near Permude.
Anil was on his way to home after buying fish from the market. When he was walking on the street in Permude town a car plying towards Kateel from Bajpe hit him. Anil was immediately rushed to the hospital as he received serious injuries on his head but later he succumbed to his injuries.
He used to work in Dubai and 5 years back he had returned to India to involve himself in agriculture. Bajpe police have registered a case.
