Kannur: Ijaz alias Ijja murder case; Police nab seven

Mangaluru: The Mangaluru rural police have nabbed seven persons in connection with the brutal murder of Ijaz(28) alias Ijja from Bantwal on Saturday.
The arrested have been identified as Mohammed Aniz (22) from Daimbunagar, Kannur, Riaz alias Zia (30) from Adyarkatte, Mustaq (30) from Yousufnagar, Kannur, Mohammed Fazal (20) from Ganadabettu, Azmal (21) from Kannur, Hasanabba (29) from Kannur Mazid (27) from Kannur.
A Maruti Alto car and five machetes have also been seized from the arrested.
