Global fight against unemployment by CITU

Kundapur: The capitalists are misleading the people by saying the world is developing. But the truth is death from starvation is on the rise. In the world and in India governments have provided opportunities to the capitalists and the corporate organizations to loot the public organizations by giving them tax redemptions. This has helped in increasing the number of billionaires in the world, said CITU taluk President H.Narasimha.

He was speaking in the protest rally `global operation against unemployment’ organised by Centre of Indian Trade Union. Capitalism development has been limited to investing money to accumulate weapons to wage war against other countries. But workers are not getting deserved return for their work and being denied their facilities and social securities. Temporary and contract based working system are the policies of capitalist government. These policies have exploited working classes. World worker’s association has called for a global fight against unemployment, he said.  K.Shankar, district President of CITU said, unemployment is on the rise in the world. It has affected even developed countries. Right wing governments have denied basic facilities to the workers. Only nations with socialist governments are providing workers with all basic needs. U.Das Bhandary, Mahabala Vaderahobali were present.
