Young photographer dies in road mishap

Bantwal: A young photographer was killed in a gruesome accident between bike and a KSRTC bus in Bambila Uggabettu here.
The deceased has been identified as Jagadish Ariga (28). He was the member of photographer’s association of Belthangady. Ariga was plying from Mangaluru to Ujire when a KSRTC bus speeding from Dharmasthala rammed over his bike. Ariga was thrown on the road and sustained serious injuries on his head and died on the spot. A case has been lodged in Bantwal police station. Traffic was snarled for a while in the region which was cleared by the Bantwal traffic police.
