10 persons injured as the bus hit the truck from the back

Mangaluru: Passengers sustained minor injuries when a Bus crashed into a tipper at Bejai Junction here on Thursday evening, November 13.The bus route number 15 pying towards Surathkal from Mangaladevi hit the moving truck from the back. Eyewitnesses said that the driver of the truck slowed down near the bus stand and as it was raining heavily in the evening the driver of the bus might have got confused and hit the truck in the back.

More than 10 passengers were injured in the mishap. All the injured have been admitted to A J hospital.  A case has been registered in the Kadri police station.
