Swacch Bharath by Lions and Lioness club at Surathkal

Surathkal: Specially abled children participated in Swacch Bharath movement and took the broom in their hands, picked plastics and other wastes on the streets on Saturday November 15 at Surathkal.

The programme was organised by Lions and Lioness club, Surathkal. Children of special school and students of NITK participated in the movement. The group was gathered under the fly over in Surathkal and started their cleanliness drive from the bus stand. They cleaned on both the sides of National highway and created awareness among the people about cleanliness.
