Furious people try to set afire the house of the youth who eloped with the Brahmin girl
Kundapur: A group of people tried to torch the house of a youth on Tuesday early morning on November 11 who was eloped with a married woman from Brahmin community few days back. The couple had appeared in the police station four days after the incident. The fire squad rushed to the spot and quenched the fire.

News in detail:
Madhura (25) a married woman from Amasebailu went missing a few days back. Hindu Outfits accused that she has eloped with Sarfaraz (30) and cried love jihad. During investigation the jeep used by Sarfaraz traced near Bhatkal. Later police traced the eloped couple and brought them to the police station on Monday.

As the lady refused to go with her husband she was brought to Kundapur police station and was produced before the court. As the lady was not willing to go with her husband or lover the court handed her to her parents. Due to the incident the people of Amasebailu turned violent and tried to set the house of the accused youth ablaze. Locals noticed this and informed the fire squad due to which a major incident was averted.
